Mr. Jitesh Gupta is a Commerce Graduate (B. Com), Qualified Company Secretary (FCS) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Finance specialization. He is also a PG Diploma holder in Tax Laws (PGDTL) awarded by Indian Law Institute, New Delhi and passed Two NCFM certificate courses of National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). He has authored the famous book titled ‘Regular Compliances under Companies Act,2013’. He is a regular visiting faculty to various educational institutions and ICSI, ICAI Seminars and other events.
He is on the Panel of Peer Reviewer and Quality Reviewer of Institute of Company Secretary of India. He is a Registered Insolvency Professional with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. Mr. Jitesh Gupta was also on the Panel of Experts as Mediators & Conciliators established by Ministry of Corporate Affairs. He is the Former member of various core committees of ICSI and NIRC of ICSI.
Mr. Jitesh Gupta is a Former Member of Company Law & Corporate Governance Committee at PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry And he is also a Former Member of Auditing Standards Board and Member of Expert Advisory Board at Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is Former Panelist Arbitrator at Bombay Stock Exchange.
